NYC Premier Limo accepts the following forms of payment:

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Timing & Deposits

Payment will be charged automatically based on the vehicle type and service category.

Sedan to SUV Services: Payment will be charged 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup.

Vans (including Sprinter Vans): Payment will be charged 3 to 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup.

Buses & Stretch Limousines: Payment will be charged 7 to 10 days prior to the scheduled pickup.

Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit or debit card details, you authorize NYC Premier Limo to charge your card for the quoted service amount.

Additional charges may be applied for overtime, waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, gratuity (if applicable), damages, or cleaning fees.

Authorization may be obtained via email, text message, or secure authorization form.
Pricing & Additional Charges

Rates are based on the selected vehicle type, service duration, distance, and pickup details.

Additional fees may apply for:

Excessive waiting time

Overtime usage

Late-night, holiday, or peak-hour services

Changes made after booking confirmation

All applicable charges will be disclosed whenever possible.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, NYC Premier Limo reserves the right to cancel or suspend the reservation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring valid and sufficient payment methods.

Any bank fees or penalties resulting from failed payments are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Credits

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers must contact NYC Premier Limo directly to resolve billing questions or concerns.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service refusal and additional administrative fees.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Taxes & Gratuity

A 20% gratuity will be included in all charges.

An 8.375% New York sales tax will be included in all charges.

Taxes and gratuity are applied automatically and are non-negotiable.
