Standard Cancellation Timeframes
Cancellations must be made within the following notice periods to avoid cancellation charges:
- Sedan to SUV Services: A minimum of 1 Days (24 hours) prior notice is required.
- Sprinter Vans: A minimum of 3 Days (72 hours) prior notice is required.
- Stretch Limousines & Buses: A minimum of 7 days (168 hours) prior notice is required.
Cancellations made outside these notice periods may be subject to partial or full service charges.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when:

The passenger fails to appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time

Incorrect pickup details or contact information are provided

The passenger cannot be reached after reasonable attempts
No-shows are subject to full service charges, including waiting time and applicable fees.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when cancellations meet the applicable notice requirements.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Weather, Flight Delays & Force Majeure

Weather conditions, flight delays, traffic incidents, or events beyond our control may impact service.

Service Provider Cancellations
In the rare event that NYC Premier Limo must cancel a confirmed reservation, customers will be offered:
